An original TV action/drama pilot script developed by Charlie Breit. The pilot script has won the following awards:
- 1st Place – 12th People’s Pilot
- 3rd Place – 12th Spec Scriptacular MOW/Pilot/Special Category
Web Series
While attending Felicia Day’s keynote at SXSW in March 2011, it came to me that The Chronicles could work very well as a web series. I didn’t want to just take my pilot script and turn it into a web series, so I decided to develop a series around the back story from the TV pilot. This series would be much like J.R. Tolkien’s The Hobbit as compared to his Lord of the Rings Trilogy.
Development of the episode outlines has begun and the plan is to complete the scripts this summer with a target for shooting the series in either late fall 2011 or early spring 2012.
